Ayurvedic Doctor and Hatha Yoga Teacher Dr Prafullata is coming to NaTures Vibration = Brisbane

Delighted to Announce that I will be hosting Dr Prafullata - Ayurvedic Doctor, Hatha Yoga teacher in Spring 2023.

I met Dr Prafullata while on a service and learning program in India with Charles Sturt University in 2018.  
A group of Australian Naturopaths and Nutritionists visited Southern Goa and attended MasterClasses with Dr Prafullata and Beyond Borders.  We visited Ayurvedic, Naturopathic, Homeopathic and Allopathic Doctors and the local Hospital and Community Health Centres and created a Cooking Demonstration for local Women that increased the nutritional intake of families by demonstrating adding vegetables and side dishes to their regular meals.  The Aus-India Fusion dishes were well received and our laminated booklet remained as a handy reference after our 3 week stay. 

Dr Prafullata is visiting Australia in Spring 2023 and will be our Guest Speaker at a Shirodhara training Course as well as holding Yoga and Pranayam classes.  
Proceeds of Yoga classes will go directly to Womens Health Clinics that Dr Prafullata runs for the Zuaringa Slum community as well as other Community Aid projects in India and Nepal.
