In this comprehensive one hour session, Shairin will listen to your health experience with compassion and confidentiality. A comprehensive assesment of your health status including medical history, diet, iridology and other diagnostic technique findings will provide a holistic picture of you and your individual needs, which will be supported with clinical information, herbal and nutritional medicines, as well as dietary and lifestyle advice where needed. As an EFT and Usui Reiki Practitioner I can also offer strategies for self care and empowerment.
This initial consultation forms the basis for your individualised treatment plan which is supported by continuing regular sessions to monitor and progress your health journey.
