Creating a Stock Bottle
Mid morning select your flowers and thank the plant for its bounty,
you may leave an offering of honey or simply water or fertalize the plant,
without letting the flower touch anything, place the flower in a glass or ceramic bowl of fresh pure water and place in the sunlight for at least 5 hours.
Collect your flower essence, remove the plant parts and decant the water into a amber glass stock bottle,
add equal parts brandy to stabilise and ensure safe shelf life.
Creating a Dosing Bottle
For a 25ml dropper bottle
add 3mls brandy, 21mls pure water and 4-8 drops of the stock or mother essence and shake well.
Taking Flower Essences
Take 4-8 drops under the tongue upon waking and rising as this is the time between sleep and wake where the essence can be absorbed to maximum effect.
For best results think not of the intended outcome or benefit and check back in after two weeks to rate your symptoms and review the effect.
